Preparing For Your Adventure
As the date for your adventure gets closer, we will be communicating more often. From insider tips to destination guides, we cover everything you need to know to maximize your enjoyment of your adventure. Your Travel Partner will share their insights and recommendations to make your trip unforgettable.
Our Travel Partners are committed to making your preparations as smooth as possible and can even be booked for pre-trip activities. Some commonly requested pre-trip activities include:
4 hour day trip to complete passport application

4 hour day trip to register for TSA Precheck and complete a scheduled interview
4 hour day trip to registering for Global Re-Entry and complete a scheduled interview
4 hour online shopping, detail planning and dinner at least 30 days before the trip

4 hour day trip for shopping at favorite local stores, don't forget travel snacks!
4 hour packing and beauty salon visit the day before the trip

Choosing a photo package in advance. For example, if a client knows they will want a commemorative photo book of the adventure, the Travel Partner will take many more pictures to choose from for this book. It becomes a fun activity at the end of the evening to choose which pictures get posted on Facebook and which pictures get saved in the commemorative book!

A contact list of friends and family will be requested from the client. LTP will notify them about the upcoming trip and encourage them to follow us on Facebook to see the excitement of the adventure unfold each day.
On The Day Of The Trip
With the contract signed and invoice paid, the detailed itinerary will be provided. The itinerary will have been discussed many times prior to departure day and a copy will be emailed in advance to both the client and the emergency contact. Travel brochures, destination information, and travel tips will be shared. The pick up time and method will be identified. The Travel Partner starts the journey with the client from their front door.

Many times, the client chooses for the Travel Partner to be present 4 hours earlier than departure time to pack and assist with getting dressed and ready to leave. Everything is arranged to minimize stress, alleviate fears, and bring joy and excitement to the adventure.

The itinerary will have the transportation arranged early enough to allow for traffic, airport security, boarding procedures, etc. Our experience will make this as seamless as possible.
